Re-sizing/Exchange Policy
~Although we are happy to help you choose your size, you as the customer are ultimately responsible for your choice. meeUp Baby Carriers will not be held liable for an ill-fitting pouch or accidents or discomfort associated with such.
~We do not offer exchanges on xSmall, Small, or custom sized pouches, but will happily exchange or re-size a Medium, Large or xLarge pouch. Pouch must be in unused, unwashed, original condition. meeUp reserves the right to refuse any exchange for any reason.
~Customer pays return shipping for an exchange.
~Once we are sold out of a fabric, we usually don't get it back in. Since our selection is constantly changing, we offer re-sizing. If you have purchased a pouch and for some reason it is too large, we are out of your fabric and you do not wish to exchange it for a different fabric, we will gladly re-size your pouch smaller. The re-sizing fee is $10 plus shipping.
